Payment via Maybank ATM Machine

You can make use of MBB Kawanku ATM Machine to make payment to us.

How to use the Payment Via Bank ATM Machine

     1. Registration Process

STEP 1	Please go to www.maybank2u.com.my
STEP 2	Enter your name & password.
STEP 3	First, Click on the "Online Bill Payment". Then click for "Bill Registration".
STEP 4	Select XinTel Sdn Bhd name and press Enter. Then Key-In the Bill Account No Follow by Bill Account Holder Name and press Enter.  There would be a "payee code" and the  reference number" in the window's pop-up. Please keep both info should any issue arise.
	* Congratulation, your registration is accepted.

    2. Reload through ATM Machine

STEP 1	From the ATM screen, Please select "Menu".
STEP 2	Click on "Bill Payment".
STEP 3	Key-in the amount RM that you would like to reload and press "Yes".
STEP 4	Please Select XinTel Sdn Bhd and press "Yes".
* Please keep the print out of reload confirmation.

PHONE BANKING (MBB- Kawanku)

You can make use of MBB Kawanku Phone Banking to make payment to us. Our payment code is 741 (for further detail on how to do this please click Kawanku Phone Banking

How to use the 24 Hour Phone Banking

STEP 1	Call Kawanku Phone Banking 1300-88-66-88
STEP 2	Choose your language
	Press 1 for Bahasa Malaysia Press 2 for English Press 3 for Mandarin
STEP 3	Select 1 for Kawanku Phone Banking
STEP 4	Key in access number and Pin
	(All Maybank Savings, Current accountholders and Credit cardholders may apply. Just sign up over at any Maybank branch. You will receive your Access Number and PIN immediately upon registration)
STEP 5	Select 04 for PayBills
STEP 6	Select 01 for payment
STEP 7	Key in the payment code you wish to make payment to Eg. Press 741 for XINTEL
STEP 8	Key in the account code of the account you wish to pay from Eg. From your current A/C, Press 01 or Saving Account Press 02
STEP 9	Enter the amount you wish to pay
	You will then hear a voice prompt confirming the amount to be paid and you account balance after payment.

PAY BY CASH/ CHEQUE

• You can pay by cash at our office
• You can also send us a cheque made payable to XinTel Sdn Bhd.
  Write your name and account number at the back of the cheque.

COUNTER BANKING

• You can make payment at any MBB branch to our Account NO 5143-5640-2732. Please write your name in the Transaction Description field and your Account No in the Ref. No. field in MBB pay in slip (for new customer they write down their contact number in Ref.No field).
• Your name, account number and the amount banked in will be transmitted to us through MBB online banking.
  You can also bank into the our Citibank Account No 0114420018. All the payment shall be payable to XINTEL SDN BHD Please fax back to us the bank slip and write your name and account no.


Note: Please keep the bank in slip for your reference.

AUTO RELOAD / SMS RELOAD (Existing Prepaid Account)

• Auto Reload 
  We will auto reload of RM100 to your account whenever the balance reaches below RM40 from the credit card given.
• SMS Reload 
  Our system will only reload when it receives your SMS to reload. Please fill up the form and return it to us.

  How to use ther service:

  1. Please fill up the form and return it to us.
  2. Once your mobile phone number is registered with us you can start to do SMS reload. You only need to type SMS message with the alphabet ‘r' and send it to our SMS reload server number 012-2331420 or 016-2095556.
  3. Wait for about 1-5 minutes, you will receive a SMS to confirm whether the reload is successful. If the reload is not successful you will also receive a reply.

  Please note that the server will only reload if the SMS is from a registered “mobile phone number?
