How to use the program?

Step 1 Click here to download the program (Online Call Details Program version 2007.1.00). Save as the program on the desktop. After the file transfer complete, double click the “cgolcall.exe” (version 2005.1.00) on your desktop for program installation. (The default directory is C:\PROGRAM FILES\OLCALL.)

Step 2 After the program install successfully, go to the Start menu --> Program --> Carat --> Carat online call details open the program. Go to the menu bar to select the File à Change Preferences to enter the default user account number and password.

Step 3 When you want to check the call details go to menu bar to select the File --> Import Call and Reload Details For Users. (The default account number and password will appear)

Step 4 Enter the Starting and ending date in the Date Range table (Caution: Do not enter too wide a date range as the speed of import is dependent on the number of rows of call details and speed of the connection. You won’t get a timeout error but you must be prepared to wait long if you import too much data)

Step 5 Once the import is completed, the main screen will be populated with the data imported. (Click on the + sign next to the user/calling ID to expand the call details or the – sign next to collapse the details. You can do a lot of stuff with the grid display)

Step 6 If you wish to print the call details report, go to the menu bar select Reports --> Print Call Details Report, you can select to print out different type report (e.g. Excel file)
