What is Distributor Access?

We are pleased to introduce a new program to help our distributors to monitor and manage their customers records daily via internet. With this new facility you too can monitor their call pattern and also your commission online.

How to install the program?

1. Click HERE to download the carat distributor program version v2007.1.00. Save as the program to your desktop. Double click "cgctdap.exe" on your desktop for program installation.
2. Go to Start Menu --> Program --> CARAT --> CARAT Distributor Access.
3. Go to Menu Bar to select File --> Change Preferences module. Enter the following account number (distributor code) and password (12345) and fill the email information.
4. Enter ISP's SMTP host Name (e.g. relay3.webserver.com.my), login name and password and your own e-mail address and name (these fields are requested to send feedback to us.)
5. Once the initial data has been entered, go to the menu bar select the File --> Import data from web site (only the data belonging to the account name and down lines will be imported).
6. When data import is completed, you will now be looking at the latest data uploaded to the web site.

How to use the program features?

1. Maintain distributor - Uplines and Downlines
   - Able the uplines to view the downlines progress such as customer usage and outstanding balance
2. Maintain Customer Data
   -Account
   -Customer Name
   -Credit Limit
   -Apportioned by distributor (Max 4 distributor)
   -Special Commission Rate for IDD, STD, Local mobile, Outstation mobile and SMS CallBack
3. Maintain Updates and News
4. Maintain Billing
   -Customer usage by Call Type (IDD, STD, Local Mobile, Outstation Mobile and SMS CallBack)
   -Report for distributor to view their customer monthly usage
5. Maintain Outstanding Payment Data
   -For distributor to check their customer outstanding
6. Compute Commission
   -Commission will generate automatically every month, after all the relevant info have import into this system
