What is Zero Cost Global Roaming Plan?

It allows users to make and receive calls on their mobile phones when they are abroad without having to pay exorbitant inbound or outbound roaming charges to their Malaysia mobile service providers

How to Use :-

1. You will be given :-
   1. A Pin Number
   2. An Inbound Unique Number (03zzz) Inbound Roaming
   3. An Outbound Unique Number (00603xxx) Outbound Roaming
2. Before Leaving the country, divert/forward all the inbound calls from your
   local mobile to the Inbound Unique Number (03zzz) assigned to you.
3. You have to buy a prepaid mobile SIM card in the country you are visiting. Upon obtaining the Overseas Prepaid Mobile (OPM), register the numbers
   with XinTel by carrying out the following steps :-
   1. Dial the Outbound unique number (603xxx). (Step 1c)
   2. Wait until 5 Rings to hear the IVR for PIN Number. (Step 1a)
   3. Enter your Pin Number followed by #.
   4. Another IVR will prompt for the following instruction.
      • Press 1 - Edit your Oversea Prepaid Mobile (OPM) followed by #
      • Press 2 - Change Pin Number (12 digits)
      • Press 3 - To connect to callback, enter the Destination Number you wish to call by #

   * Do not enter "00" before the OPM number. E.g. for Hong Kong OPM enter 86xxxxxxxx
   
   ** You can change the Oversea Mobile Number at anytime by repeating the step 3
   -   Any Inbound calls to your local mobile will be diverted/forwarded to the OPM
    

4. To make Outbound calls :-
   1. Dial the Outbound Unique number (603xxx) using your OPM sim card.
   2. Wait for at least Two ring tone but not more than four and then
      hang up the phone.
   3. Our Switch will call you back within a short time not later than
      30 seconds.
   4. On receiving the CallBack, enter the Destination Number you
      wish to call.
      
      To make an IDD call you must enter ‘00’ followed by the country code and telephone number.

      To make a call to Malaysia enter the area code (e.g. ‘03’, ‘04’) followed by the telephone number.

      Important Notes
      1. Do not disclose your PIN Number to anyone.
      2. You have the option of using Speed dial function.
      3. Do not lose or reveal your Unique Number to anyone.
