We wish to alert you to a group of telecommunication service providers who on the pretext of offering cheap rates for telephone calls are actually overcharging their customers by as much as ten times their normal telephone bills.
These service providers who overcharged the customers, are now very angry with us for having informed their customers that they had been cheated. They are retaliating against us by making false complaints on the MCMC website and circulating their false complaints to damage our reputation and also to win over the confidence of unsuspecting companies.
They were able to make the false complaints because they managed to obtain the telephone bills of the companies concern.

As a preventive measure, we advise you keep your telephone bills P&C to avoid misuse.
